I’m a marketing executive who lives at the intersection of strategy and storytelling. Over the last 12+ years, I’ve helped organizations grow, sometimes quietly behind the scenes and sometimes at the front of the room, through creative leadership, data-driven decision-making, and campaigns that not only sell but also connect.
Professional Journey
As Vice President of Digital at Love Advertising, I built the agency’s digital department from the ground up, growing it into a dedicated group serving over 30 clients. My leadership has guided award-winning campaigns for Phillips 66, YMCA, Perry’s Restaurants, and many others, spanning web, social, email, app strategy, and integrated digital content. Whether creating a digital transformation strategy or elevating a brand’s voice in a crowded market, I’m always focused on long-term value.
Leadership Philosophy
I lead with autonomy and clarity. I hire great people, give them the space to shine, and ensure they have the support to do their best work. I believe leadership isn’t about control, it’s about alignment, accountability, and a culture of trust. When challenges arise, I face them directly and collaboratively, knowing that the strongest teams are built on mutual respect and honest communication.
Core Values & Work Style
I bring a people-first approach to strategy. I’m equally comfortable diving into analytics as I am in a creative brainstorm. I care deeply about inclusion, equity, and storytelling that reflects the world as it really is. I thrive in fast-moving, mission-driven environments where curiosity, empathy, and impact are core to the work.
Select Impact Highlights
Over the past decade, I’ve led high-impact marketing initiatives across industries including finance, energy, hospitality, healthcare, and community-based nonprofits. My work blends brand storytelling with data-informed strategy to drive growth, engagement, and long-term value. A few examples include:
- Shaping the brand identity and go-to-market strategy for a new financial institution, helping secure early-stage momentum and community trust.
- Leading a purpose-driven campaign for a national nonprofit that reframed public perception and unlocked historic philanthropic support.
- Overseeing creative and digital strategy for a portfolio of consumer brands, spanning email, social, web, and app experiences across national audiences.
- Building and mentoring a multi-disciplinary marketing team from the ground up, establishing new workflows, elevating collaboration, and scaling capabilities.
- Executing omnichannel campaigns that increased customer loyalty, optimized digital journeys, and helped reposition legacy brands for modern audiences.
- Partnering with C-suite leaders to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals, bridging creative execution with organizational impact.

Education & Early Career
I earned my BFA in Graphic Design and Web Development from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where I also served on the leadership boards for AIGA and campus advertising clubs. I began my career as a front-end developer and digital designer, an experience that still informs my design sensibility and hands-on approach today.
Beyond the Work
Outside the office, I’m an advocate for equity and inclusion, an active member of the Human Rights Campaign, and a supporter of community storytelling in all forms. I recharge by staying active and spending time outdoors, especially when Houston weather cooperates. I enjoy exploring the city’s ever-evolving food and bar scene, traveling when I can, and visiting family in the Midwest. I’m a proud dog parent and an even prouder uncle, and I believe that a good balance of connection, curiosity, and a little indulgence helps me show up better in both life and leadership.
I’m always open to new connections, collaborations, and conversations about what’s next in marketing and leadership. Let’s build something meaningful.
